Service Booking

When you book a cleaning service through our app:

• You confirm the service address and requirements are accurate
• You agree to be home or provide access at the scheduled time
• Prices are as quoted at the time of booking
• Payment is due upon service completion or as specified

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: 24 hours before scheduled service
• 50% Charge: Cancellation 12-24 hours before service
• Full Charge: Cancellation less than 12 hours before service
• No-show: Full charge applied

5. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made through our secure payment system
• All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated
• Taxes and additional charges will be applied as applicable
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets
• Payment refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• We are not responsible for payment processing errors by your bank

6. Service Warranty

Quality Guarantee: We guarantee professional cleaning services with quality standards. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours for a re-service or refund.

Limitation: We are not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions or misuse. Inspect your property before and after service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SACHIN DEEP CLEANING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN QUESTION.
